Terms & Conditions
Baya Merlion Trails is a trading name of Baya Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore. We act as a booking consultant and agent for third-party attraction operators, cruise lines and tour providers in Singapore.
- Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and US Dollars (USD). Your card is charged in the currency selected at checkout; your issuing bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees for other card currencies.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon successful card payment and issuance of an e-ticket or voucher by email.
- Card payments are collected on behalf of Baya Pte. Ltd. (trading as Baya Merlion Trails) by Finmo, our licensed payment collections processor. The descriptor on your card statement may reflect Finmo as the payment collector.
- Attraction operating hours, show times and vessel schedules are set by the respective operators and may change due to weather or operational reasons.
- Open-dated tickets are valid for the duration selected at the time of booking (1, 3 or 6 months) from the date of purchase, and expire at 11:59pm SGT on the final day of validity. Expired unused tickets are void and cannot be extended.
- Guests are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates and contact details provided at checkout.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 7+ days before visit date: full refund, less any non-recoverable operator fees.
- 3–6 days before: 50% refund or free one-time date change.
- Within 72 hours: non-refundable, except where the operator cancels.
- Operator cancellation (e.g. weather, vessel maintenance): full refund or free rebooking, your choice.
- Open-dated tickets: refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused; thereafter non-refundable but usable any time until expiry. Expired tickets are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment card, in the original transaction currency, within 7–14 business days.
- To cancel or amend, email bookings@baya.biz with your booking reference.
Delivery Policy
All products sold on this site are electronic tickets and vouchers. No physical goods are shipped.
- E-tickets are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of payment, and typically within 1–2 hours during business hours (SGT).
- If you have not received your e-ticket within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will re-issue it at no charge.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal data needed to process your booking: name, email, phone number, travel dates and guest count, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Card payments are processed by Finmo, our licensed payment collections provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Your details are shared with attraction operators only as required to fulfil your booking.
- We do not sell personal data. You may request access, correction or deletion at privacy@baya.biz.
