We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. Your primary goal is to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and schedule meetings or product demos with our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate interest in our SaaS products.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit with our solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to stay competitive in the market.
Experience:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and through email.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
  • Past experience as an SDR or in a similar role with SaaS products is an advantage.
