Description

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with strong ReactJS frontend development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have three or more years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of developing high-quality and user-friendly applications using ReactJS. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our fintech platform's frontend, working closely with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices, coding standards, and development processes
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high code quality and prevent regressions
  • Optimize application performance and user experience by implementing best practices for frontend development and web performance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development, and incorporate them into our platform as appropriate
Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on ReactJS
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
  • Experience with modern frontend development tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, Redux, Mantine and React Native
  • Familiarity with backend development and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong hold on GitHub branch management and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, code review, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
